The Zonal Office building of India’s only international bank “Bank of Baroda” was designed keeping in mind the bank’s futuristic approaches. The main mass and access cove were separated to improve the efficiency of the floor plate. Large curtain glazing in the north and punctured windows in the south and west were planned keeping in mind the green building concepts.

The building site is located in the institutional area (heart of Delhi). Only one face of the building faces the road, posing a challenge to give a landmark feel. The building is cleanly divided into public spaces and exclusive space. The public space was given independence and utilized as formative element

The atrium connecting the cove and the workplace is open towards the front and rear allowing good flow of wind and natural light.

Located in the Institutional Belt of Panchkula, OBC Zonal Office Building adheres to the facade control of Haryana Urban Development Authority. The building houses a AA class Currency chest approved by RBI and large floor plates to accommodate the future needs of the Bank.
